Packages
Every package is priced per vehicle window with helmet, lock and route map included. Three numbers are printed on each row: window length, distance in km, and total time with stops.

Sign sequence
Handover takes roughly 15 minutes at a named pickup area in Kyiv or Lviv, April to October. You leave with a charged vehicle, a helmet and a printed route card.
Choose 1 hour, 2 hours or a half day per vehicle and name your interest. We confirm availability and the final price by email, usually within a few working hours.
Pricing is fixed per vehicle window with all equipment included. A refundable damage deposit is agreed in the same message, along with the exact pickup address.
Riders must be 18 or older and present a passport or ID. We walk through brakes, lights and battery level together, then fit your helmet and hand over the route card.
Follow the numbered stops, skip a leg or stop for coffee. Return the vehicle and helmet at the agreed time and the deposit is released on the spot.
Before you ride
Every rider checks the same five items at handover. They are printed on the rental terms, repeated in the booking confirmation, and verified again before the battery is switched on.
Riders must be 18 or older. Age is checked at handover against the ID presented, with no exceptions for accompanied minors.
Bring the original document, not a photo. The number is recorded on the rental agreement and the deposit is tied to it.
A helmet is included in every package window and must stay fastened for the full route, including short transfers between stops.
A refundable deposit is held at pickup and returned after the vehicle check. The exact amount is confirmed with availability.
Ride on designated lanes and paths. The licence requirement is confirmed per vehicle class when we reply to your request.

We answer within one working day with the package that fits your window, the pickup area we can confirm, and the total ride time with stops. Availability and the final price are agreed in that reply, not instantly online.
